Kawasaki MS005N two-robot syringe component loading workcell

Production robotics integrator

Robotic workcells for real production constraints.

Practical Robotic Services designs, builds, integrates, and supports automated manufacturing systems for throughput, quality, repeatability, and operator safety.

01 Since 2004

Designing, integrating, and supporting production workcells.

02 24 hr

Response window for new automation inquiries.

03 3 partner platforms

UR, Kawasaki, and Epson integrator credentials.

Mission

Deploy practical automation where the line actually runs.

PRS builds systems for the conditions manufacturers actually face: variable products, constrained floorspace, operator handoffs, quality checks, uptime expectations, and fast-changing demand.

Capabilities

Automation for the work between machines.

Industries served

Built for demanding production environments.

Real systems

Production hardware, documented on the floor.

Actual PRS workcells, shown as production systems rather than showroom concepts.

Aerospace deburring

Automated deburring with 3D bin picking.

A Kawasaki RS007N and Mech-Mind 3D vision automate the handling around an existing rotary deburring process, picking pipe sections from random presentation, loading the machine, reorienting each part, and discharging completed parts.

Epson G6 SCARA pipette loading cell with CV2 vision and ARS Flexibowl

Pipette loading

Vision-guided pipette loading with flexible feeding.

An Epson G6 SCARA, Epson CV2 vision, and ARS Flexibowl feed and orient pipettes for loading into a 150-position molded container, with conveyor infeed and filled-container discharge.

Vision-guided robot loading two parts at a time into blister packaging

Blister loading

Blister-machine loading at 45 parts per minute.

Cognex vision and an Omron Anyfeeder support two-up loading directly into indexed blister pockets, keeping product presentation synchronized with the packaging machine.

Kawasaki MS005N two-robot syringe component loading workcell

Syringe filling-line support

Two-robot loading at 100 parts per minute.

Kawasaki MS005N robots load syringe barrels and plungers into an existing filling line, using custom end-of-arm tooling, automated feeding, and HMI production data to support high-rate pharma assembly.

Epson C4L electrical component assembly cell with CV2 vision and force control

Electrical assembly

Flexible feeding with force-confirmed assembly.

An Epson C4L, Epson CV2 vision, IntelliFlex feeding, and Epson Force Control support small-part presentation, fixture location, and force-confirmed insertion for electrical component assembly.

Three Kawasaki robots palletizing boxes with Mech-Mind vision verification

Palletizing

Three-robot palletizing with vision verification.

Kawasaki robots transfer, place, verify, and separate pallet layers with Mech-Mind vision for pallet location and pattern confirmation, running a 15-second cycle per layer in this workcell.

PRS engineers developing Mech-Mind deep learning vision for two Epson C4L robots

AI vision

Deep learning vision for difficult part presentation.

PRS uses Mech-Mind deep learning with two Epson C4L robots to locate reflective, variable metal parts on a conveyor when conventional vision rules are not enough.

How PRS works

From process review to production support.

Evaluate

Review the process, product flow, volume, staffing goal, environment, and constraints.

Design

Shape the workcell around throughput, quality, changeover, safety, controls, and operator flow.

Deploy

Install, tune, train, and support the system so it earns its place on the production floor.

Case studies

Automation examples tied to real production outcomes.

Selected PRS workcells written as public-safe case studies for process review, application fit, and industry context.
